F6 Center Front Neck to Waist:  This measurement starts at the hollow at the base of the neck and extends down the center front to the waist.  Do not allow the tape to fall into the hollow between the breasts--it should follow the contour of the bust.  Place a piece of masking tape from bust apex to bust apex to assist with this measurement.
