Extra Sleeve Width:  The chemise sleeve has an average amount of fullness.  Additional width may be desired if there will be cross-gartering or sleeve bands.  In this case the sleeve should puff out over the gartering or bands.  Use this option to add 2" - 6" (3 cm - 15 cm) of width to the sleeve.
